Dagmar Varady

Dagmar Varady lives in Leipzig-Halle, Germany and is presenting Redden, a new project made up of approximately 50 red ink drawings on vellum featuring extracted images from media sources and culturally iconic subjects. The work is installed in a continuous line designed to suggest a syntaxical narrative reflecting cultural and historical evolution. The exhibition will be accompanied by a 48-page catalog.
